Your feet should be flat on the ground and make sure your both hands are at a right angle to your body. That means, they raising your arms sideways and they are touching the floor. Breathing is important in any exercise so inhale and exhale properly. While you exhale, move both of your knees towards your left side to touch the floor. Feel the tension on your obliques or love handles. Repeat the process but this time, you move your knees towards your right. That is now one complete repetition. Make five repetitions of this to create one complete set.
Lose Belly Fat Exercise #2 – This particular routine will help tone your upper and lower abdominal muscles. To do this, you need to lie on your back on a flat surface. A workout mat is perfect for this setting. Raise your legs and your upper body until they reach an angle that is 30 degrees. Keep that position for like 30 seconds and then return to your starting position. Do this routine ten times for starters but once you get the hang of it, you can do this for as much as 30 repetitions.
Lose Belly Fat Exercise #3 – This is another very easy exercise for your abs. Lie on your back on a floor with your hands placed on your sides. Curl your head up and do not put any pressure on your arms to try to lift yourself. Once you have done this many times, you can then place your hands to the sides of your head for each head curl.
Lose Belly Fat Exercise #4 – This is one is actually an ab crunch. Lie on your back with your knees bent at right angle. With your placed hands behind your head, move your knees towards your chest, while breathing in. Keep it right there for at least 3 seconds and then relax.
Lose Belly Fat Exercise #5 – This one requires you to kneel on the floor with heels facing upwards Start moving your head towards the floor feeling the pressure on your stomach. Hold for 30 seconds, and then return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise for 10 times.
