How To Tone Your Arms
If you think that only overweight people have flabby arms, think again. Most women with average body weight suffer from unpleasant flabby arms and some resort to arm liposuction, which means spending a lot of cash, just to make their arms look firm and toned.
Certainly, not everyone can afford an expensive plastic surgery operation to tone her arms. So use that lack of dough to get you to decide that it’s time to get up and let that body of yours do some work. Learning how to tone your arms is something that you must do the natural way.

How to tone your arms? There are two types of arm exercises you can do to tone your arms. The first type involves weights, and the other doesn’t. Remember though, that the speed by which your arms get toned depends largely on how often you do the exercise. Here’s how you are going to do each type of arm exercises.
1. How to tone your arms without weights?
Assume a boxer stance by standing with feet that are shoulder-width apart. Step forward using one foot and then slightly bend at the knees. Now, perform punching movements with each fist alternately. Yes, punch the air directly in front of you. Count at least 20 intense punches. Make sure that your arms are always at shoulder level every time you execute each punch.
Perform another set of 20 intense punches but this time, your target is the invisible punching bag above your head. Make sure that you extend your arms at full length in every punch and feel the arm muscles stretch during your execution.
Repeat the whole process to finish a single set. A good measure for this kind of workout is three sets per session. As you get the right stamina, you can increase it to five sets.
2. How to tone your arms with weights?
For an arm exercise with weights, you can use a dumbbell weighing three to five pounds. A simple regimen would be to use a dumbbell to perform alternate curls of four sets. Each set consists of eight to ten repetitions. You may also opt for bar bell curls of four sets with ten to fifteen repetitions. Remember to perform each step slowly and feel your every movement. Make sure that each repetition is a great execution so that you can achieve good results quickly.
One of the concerns for toning flabby arms is that you might build too much bulk in the process. There’s no reason to be worried as long as you are just doing toning exercises for your arms and not actually building muscle such as biceps or triceps. This is why ten to 20 repetitions with light weights (about three to five pounds) is the way to go when toning your arms. This ensures that you are not inviting too much bulk in your arm muscles but you are just toning them and making them look firm and tight.
You can decide to increase the sets and repetitions until you are satisfied that your arms have received the appropriate arm toning workout that they definitely need.
