  5. Do Step # 3 but this time you are going to twist to your left, thus, bringing your right elbow to your left knee.
  6. Do Step # 4 using your right leg this time.
  7. Repeat this process at least 20 times.

This is one simple routine to follow but you can always supplement this with other more complex tummy routines in order to expedite the appearance of good results and see yourself get rid of love handles fast. It is best that you exercise at least three times a week and at least 30 minutes per session so that your metabolism will increase and your love handles will firm up quickly.
